Three extinct hippopotamids from the genus Hexaprotodon. The name Hexaprotodon was often applied to the pygmy hippopotamus before its reclassification into the genus Choeropsis. The genus has been historically applied to numerous fossil hippopotamus species spanning Asia, Africa and Europe.
